A-Amy’s Notary 2 is partnering up with the Plum Borough Police Department to have a Hard-to-Read License plate replacement event.  To be eligible you will need to have a peeling, damaged, and or a hard to read plate. You must bring in your current vehicle registration for that plate, & a valid PA Driver’s License. Our staff & a Plum Borough Police Officer will help you fill out the form for a new plate. A-Amy’s Notary will mail in the forms for you and you will receive a new plate from PennDOT in the mail. No plates will be received the day of the event.
